There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

The Robinson R-44 Helicopter

One of the helicopters is the Robinson R-44, which is a four seat, piston engine aircraft used for many purposes worldwide.

The R-44 is the most popular piston helicopter ever produced and is utilized around the world in law enforcement, electronic news gathering, sightseeing, and private charter.

Important Information

- Due to weight and balance restrictions, the helicopters cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 250 pounds each (113 kg). Also, for groups of three passengers, total passenger weight may not exceed 500 pounds (227 kg).
- Pilot reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change the flight plans due to weather or other reasons.

Security Requirements

- All passengers must have a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License)
- Must check in all bags with security
- No handbags or carry ons will be allowed on the flight
- Must be prepared for any required security checks.
