Weight restrictions apply (see Important Information). Parties of more than 3 persons or parties not fitting the weight restrictions will be required to order more than one helicopter tour to accommodate all persons.

Important Information

• Due to weight and balance restrictions, there is a weight limit of 240 pounds (109 kg) for an individual passenger. Also, for groups of two or three passengers, the total passenger weight limit is 460 pounds (208 kg). If you individually are SLIGHTLY more than 240 pounds or the total passenger weight of your party of 2 or 3 persons is SLIGHTLY over 460 pounds, something may be able to be worked out. • Pilot reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change the flight plans due to weather or other reasons.
• All passengers must present a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License) prior to boarding.
• There is no legal age limit, but 6 years of age is the recommended minimum.
• Pregnant women may fly, but should get prior approval from their doctor.
• Persons particularly prone to motion sickness may want to take anti-motion sickness medication, but these are scenic professional tours, not thrill rides; most people do not experience motion sickness and do not require anti-motion sickness medication.
• If the weather on the day of your scheduled flight looks like it will not work out for your tour, your pilot will make every effort to communicate and reschedule with you as early as possible. However, cancellations or rescheduling at the last minute is possible due to unforeseen weather or other events.
