Customer Ratings & Reviews

The tour started out very positive. The guide was interesting. Then more people joined it (without reservations as we had) the guide said "just pay at the end"". This happened several times and before we knew it the group was huge! People were coming and going and it got so loud it was hard to hear the guide and we were getting nothing out of it. Our children were bored to tears so we ended up walking out 45 minutes early. It was very disappointing. The guide should not let the group get so big that the people who made reservations and paid ahead of time end up losing out. Would not do that tour again. "
