There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Will my Tour Guide accept Tips or Gratuities? -- YES! Tipping Tour Guides is customary practice in Boston. Your local guides work very hard to show you a good time!
How many people will be on my tour? -- To keep your experience personal, you will tour in groups of up to 12 people.
Are drinks included with my tour ticket? -- For this tour, two tavern drinks (beer or wine) are included for those over 21 years of age.
What do I bring along on a Boston Pizza Tour? -- This is a walking tour, so remember to wear comfortable shoes. Also, don't forget weather appropriate clothing, as conditions can change quickly in Boston. Bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated, and don't forget to bring a camera to capture all the fun!
Will restrooms be available on tour? -- Yes. Taverns have bathroom facilities available.
Are these tours wheelchair accessible? -- Yes. Boston is known for it's compliance with ADA regulations, plus your guides are more than willing to help out in any way.
How far will we be walking? -- Each tour route is different, but the walking distance is approximately 1 - 1.5 miles for each tour.
What happens if it rains? -- This tour runs rain or shine, regardless of weather conditions.
